Al-Nasr, Al-Hilal win in SPL matchday 29
The matches of Prince Mohamed Bin Salman League for Professionals matchday 29 were played on Saturday.
Al-Nasr beat Al-Hazm 3-0 at the latter's stadium. Al-Nasr reached 67 points atop the league table, one point point ahead of Al-Hilal the second one week before the end of the season, while Al-Hazm remained 12th with 30 points. Abdel Razik Hamdalla scored hat-trick in the 5th, 26th and 66th minutes. Carlos Eduardo netted a second half goal in the 51st minute to hand Al-Hilal a 1-0 win over Al-Ittifaq, at Prince Mohamed Bin Fahd Stadium, in Dammam. Al-Hilal now have 66 points in the second place, while Al-Ittifaq have 33 points in the 11th spot. Ohod beat Al-Batin 1-0 at the latter's stadium.
Mohamed Megrashi scored Ohod winning goal in the 40th minute. Ohod remained at the bottom of the table with 18 points while Al-Batin stayed 15th with 25 points. At King Abdul Aziz Sport City Stadium, Mecca, Al-Wahda beat Al-Qadsya 4-0. Carlos Gillerme, Zidane Mibarqo, Cabongo Kassongo and Mohamed Al-Quarni scored Al-Wahda goals in the 37th, 42nd, 84th and 91st minutes.
Al-Wahda reached 42 points in the 7th place, while Al-Qadsya stayed with 27 points in the 14th place. Al-Ahli beat Al-Faisaly 3-1 courtesy of Nicolae Stanciu, Abdel Fatah Eseri and Dijanini Tavares goals in the 11th, 32nd and 59th minutes, while Diego Calderon scored Al-Faisaly sole goal in the 49th minute. Al-Ahli now have 52 points in the 5th place, 9 points ahead of Al-Faisaly the 6th.
At Abdullah Sport City Stadium, Burrideah, Al-Raed held to a goalless draw with AL-Fayhaa. Al-Raed remained 9th on the table with 35 points, while AL-Fayhaa now have 29 points in the 13th spot. Al-Shabab game with Al-Taween ended in a 0-0 draw, at at Prince Faisal Bin Fahd Stadium, in Riyadh. Al-Shabab now have 54 points in the 3rd place one point ahead of Al-Taween the 4th. Al-Ittihad thrashed Al-Fateh 6-2, at King Abdullah Sport City Stadium in Jeddah.
Aleksandar Prijovic scored a hat-trick in the 16th, 66th and 70th minutes, while Carlos Villanueva added two goals in the 18th and 44th minutes and Romarinho Da Silva scored a goal in the 22nd minute, on the other hand Sasa Jovanovic scored Al-Fateh brace in the 8th and 63rd minutes. Al-Ittihad now have 34 points in the 10th place, while Al-Fateh remained 8th with 35 points.
