Saudi Pro League,Al-Ahli beat Al-Nassr 2-0, goals by Al-Soma and Tavares
Al-Ahly beat their hosts Al-Nassr 2-0 in Riyadh in the eighth round of the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Professional League.
After the first half of the game, Al Ahli managed to open the score with the Syrian striker Omar Al-Soma (71st min), before Djanini Tavares boosted Al-Ahly’s lead in the 94th minute.
Al-Ahli are now the second with 19 points behind Al-Hilal. Al-Nassr retreated to the third place with 19 points.
