Al Junaibi Thanks Sheikh Khalifa for the Historic decision
His Excellency Abdullah Naser Al Junaibi, Chairman of the Pro League Committee, expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation for His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, for his decision to revoke the encryption of the Arabian Gulf League and President Cup matches, in support of national sport sector and top open the door for fans to watch matches at no additional cost.
Al Junaibi hailed the decision as testament to the UAE’s wise leadership’s attention to sports and fans across the country, stressing that the decision will allow football fans inside and outside the country to follow the league, thus increasing the popularity of the competition.
