Top 4 in Qatar Stars League set for Qatar Cup showdown
The Qatar Cup competition, the traditional curtain closer on the domestic football in Qatar is set to take place with two semi-final matches between the top four sides in the QSL. Second placed Al Sadd will take on rivals Al Rayyan in the first semi-final, which is set to take place on Thursday the 20th of April, KO 7:00pm at Al Sadd Stadium. Whilst fourth place El Jaish will take on the current QSL champions Lekhwiya in the second semi-final which will take place a day later on Friday the 21st of April again at Al Sadd Stadium with KO at 7:00pm. The winners from both games will face-off in the showpiece Qatar Cup final, which is set to take place on Saturday the 29th of April, at Al Sadd stadium, with KO at 7:00pm All four sides will be looking to lift the coveted Qatar Cup, which is the second trophy up for grabs in the Qatar domestic football season.
